Mei holds a PhD in Natural Language Processing from the National University of Singapore. Before co-founding Level3 AI, she led the conversational AI research team at Sea Limited, shipping multilingual support features across Shopee's seven active markets. She holds four patents in intent classification for code-switched and low-resource languages common across Southeast Asia.

Rajan has spent 15 years in enterprise SaaS sales across ASEAN, with senior roles at Salesforce (regional enterprise lead, APAC) and Zendesk (VP ASEAN). He joined Level3 AI in early 2023 after closing the company's first three enterprise accounts as a consultant. He built the current sales playbook that cut average enterprise deal cycles from 22 weeks to 11 weeks.

Associate Professor at NTU Singapore, specializing in multilingual NLP and low-resource language modelling. Advises on model architecture decisions and keeps the research team current on academic developments relevant to APAC language coverage.
