Level3 AI uses Mixpanel for analytics. When analytics cookies are accepted, Mixpanel sets cookies on your device from the domain mixpanel.com. Our payment processing partner, Stripe, may set cookies when you interact with billing or payment pages on the platform. Stripe's cookie usage is governed by their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. Stripe cookies are necessary for payment security and fraud prevention.
Intercom, our customer support tool, may set cookies when you use the live chat widget on our website. Intercom's cookie policy is available at intercom.com/terms-and-policies#privacy. Intercom cookies are active only on pages where the chat widget is loaded.

Note that blocking all cookies will prevent you from logging into the Level3 AI platform, as session cookies are essential for authentication.
For Mixpanel analytics specifically, you can opt out of tracking at all sites that use Mixpanel by installing the Mixpanel opt-out browser extension, available at mixpanel.com/optout.
The above cookie table covers level3-ai.com (the marketing website). The Level3 AI platform (accessed after login) uses a separate, more limited set of cookies focused exclusively on session management, security, and user preferences. The platform does not embed third-party analytics scripts other than those described above.
Cookies set by the AI conversation widget (the JavaScript snippet you embed on your own website as a Level3 AI customer) are set by your website, not by level3-ai.com. The configuration and disclosure of those cookies is your responsibility as the data controller for your end-customer interactions.
Level3 AI will update this Cookie Policy when we add new cookies or change how existing cookies are used. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
