Starter and Growth plans both include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period. You'll be prompted to add payment details when the trial ends, or at any point if you want to upgrade early.
Upgrades take effect immediately. If you upgrade from Starter to Growth mid-month, we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle — you keep your current plan's features until then.
Your customer conversations are never used to train shared models. Data is isolated per tenant, encrypted with AES-256 at rest, and stored in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). You can request full data deletion at any time. We'll confirm deletion within 72 hours.
Most Starter and Growth customers go live within 14 days. The timeline depends on how quickly your team can share knowledge base documents and connect your CRM. We've seen teams with tight timelines go from contract to live in 5 business days when they front-load the onboarding tasks.
A conversation is a single continuous exchange between a customer and the AI agent, regardless of the number of messages in it. If a customer opens a chat, sends 8 messages, and closes it — that counts as one conversation. Sessions that time out after 30 minutes of inactivity and then resume count as a new conversation.
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly billing. Prices shown on this page are the monthly equivalents when billed annually. We'll invoice you once at the start of the year. If you cancel before the year ends, unused months are not refunded unless you're on an Enterprise agreement with a specific cancellation clause.
